About The Position

Responsible for providing adequate stock for each beverage outlet using established par levels in accordance with specified procedures. Responsible for transporting bulk supplies to and from bars and maintaining cleanliness of bars and storeroom. Responsibilities Stock refrigerator units with all beverages Replace empty beer kegs and CO2 tanks with full ones Change out and insert hose couplings into fittings of boxes of syrups and soda Adhere to specified par stock ordering procedures Report to Food and Beverage Supervisor on duty for daily assignments Transport and maintain beer, soda, bags, boxes, glassware or any item needed at assigned bars Clean and maintain work areas such as floors, drains and bars Maintain proper uniform, ID badge, and nametag Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to read, write and communicate verbally Ability to perform basic math Requires knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages Ability to enter orders into computer and check if ordered items are received Required to hold a valid alcohol awareness card High School diploma or equivalent ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Work is performed in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit, brightly illuminated and have contact with slippery surfaces Work may be performed in areas having a 3-ft. access Work requires use of small ladder or footstool Work entails chemical usage Constant contact with staff and guests Requires being mobile 100% of the shift Seldom climbing of stairs and balancing Occasional kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling and maneuvering weights, lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching in areas from floor level to 6 ft. high, crouching, repetitive use of both hands to include light and firm/strong grasping, finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination Requires the ability to perform simple tasks, reading, writing and math skills GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS : Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
