As a Senior Product Associate in Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS"), you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. J.P. Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS")â¯works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Demonstrated ability to develop and apply data analytics and data literacy skills to support business development
- Proven ability in executing complex, large-scale analytical processes with precision and efficiency
- Strong competencies in communication, problem-solving, analytics, organization, administration, and project management
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience working within highly matrixed and complex organizational environments
- Preferred background in liquidity management, product management, or other related function under transaction banking
- Prior experience in implementing process performance improvements and supporting system migrations preferred
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discover
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Serve as a subject matter expert for deposit products, ensuring timely updates to pricing in response to Central Bank actions and market events
- Utilize data analytics to identify portfolio trends and develop actionable insights
- Collaborate effectively across teams to implement proactive strategies that remediate and optimize deposit portfolio pricing
