We’re searching for a motivated Liquid Measurement Technician to join our team in Williston, ND . In this role, you’ll operate liquid provers and measurement-related equipment, perform basic testing, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete minor repairs, and maintain tools and equipment to support accurate and dependable field operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Minimum of six (6) months of previous measurement experience required
  • Current valid OQSG certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Intermediate knowledge of AGA/GPA/API Measurement Guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to hold and maintain a valid DOT Certification and/or an unrestricted CDL A License, as required for the role
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required state measurement certifications and qualifications
  • Full-time position with a varying work schedule of 8-16 hours per day
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed to support business priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, and/or inclement temperatures
  • Daily local travel is required, with up to 20% overnight travel as needed to support other sites

Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of liquid provers while maintaining a strong working knowledge of all related equipment
  • Create and manage job tickets with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collect spot and composite samples and safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials
  • Determine API gravity and S&W (sediment and water) levels using established procedures
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on measurement-related equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
  • Complete all assigned tasks effectively while working under supervision
  • Adhere to strict safety standards to ensure accuracy and dependability
  • Other duties as assigned
