About The Position

Step onto the production floor and join a tight-knit crew dedicated to precision. You’ll prepare containers, validate materials, and run fills with care. You’ll navigate between a Weight Assisted Computer (WAC), our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and SAP so every gram is accounted for and every label is spot-on. From clean entry to final tamper-evident seal, your attention to detail keeps products safe, traceable, and ready for customers. In this role, you will Measure and dispense liquid chemical materials to specification, following recipes and work instructions. Follow packing protocols: scan to verify components, choose and test the correct scales, and use the WAC for precision weighing. Operate WAC, MES, and SAP to record totals, confirm pack-outs and scrap, and ensure delivery quantities match confirmations. Print/reprint labels, select the correct size for each container type, place labels accurately, and dispose of misprints properly. Close and secure containers, including proper crimping and application of tamper-evidence seals. Use PPE as required, uphold GMP/HACCP standards, and keep work areas clean, safe, and audit-ready.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience may substitute.
  • 1+ year in chemical manufacturing preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP practices.
  • Comfort working around strong odors and potential allergens.
  • Stamina to stand for an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to frequently lift a 35 lb product hose and routinely move, lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
