The candidate will serve as a Systems Administrator supporting cloud-based repositories in a dynamic, mission-critical environment. These systems support thousands of users across the Intelligence Community and require a proactive, technically skilled individual who can adapt to changing operational requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience administering large Hadoop and Accumulo-based clusters, along with strong Linux system administration skills. Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and configuration management tools such as Puppet is highly beneficial. Experience working across hardware, software, network, and security teams is also valuable. Candidates should be comfortable working in high-tempo mission environments where priorities shift rapidly in response to real-world events. The ability to monitor complex systems, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate when necessary is essential.
