Job Summary: The Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and support within our hybrid work model. With a focus on DevOps, CI/CD, and DevSecOps, the candidate will leverage their expertise in Core Java, Python, and Hadoop to optimize infrastructure processes. This position requires a strategic approach to asset management operations, enhancing efficiency and driving innovation.

- Github
- CI CD- knowledge
- Linux shell scripts (5 years)
- Container/dev ops , git cicd, container etc experience (5+)
- Java/python experience. (3)

- Hadoop/hive knowledge (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of DevOps practices to streamline operations and improve system reliability.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline development to ensure efficient software delivery and integration.
- Provide support for DevSecOps initiatives, enhancing security measures across the infrastructure.
- Manage containerization technologies to optimize resource allocation and scalability.
- Utilize Core Java expertise to develop robust backend solutions that support operational needs.
- Apply Python skills to automate processes and improve system performance.
- Implement Hadoop solutions to manage and analyze large datasets, driving data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all operational processes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support team members and stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to asset management operations, optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
