The LinkedIn Social Media Advisor is a pivotal member of ExxonMobil's corporate brand marketing team, working closely with employee communications, media relations, advertising, and integrated communications leads to enhance and protect the company's reputation. This role focuses on managing LinkedIn social channel, owned and paid posts, and executive LinkedIn profiles, ensuring maximum brand impact and enhanced user experience. As an avid LinkedIn champion, you will oversee our corporate LinkedIn channels and communities, collaborating with market-specific channels to maximize brand impact and enhance user experience. You will build strong relationships with internal executive leaders, analyze performance data to uncover insights and cultural trends, and manage message crafting and creative content development to engage business leaders, investors, policymakers, and employees. You will be a passionate advocate for integrated communications and marketing across ExxonMobil's entire ecosystem, including owned and paid content. Leading an agency team, your responsibilities will encompass content creation, amplification, community moderation, social media management and optimization, reporting, employee advocacy, and more.
