About The Position

Linguist / Targeter - Mandarin
TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility required
Role starts in Reston and requires 5 days per week of in-office work with flexibility around onsite hours, then will be moving to Fort Belvoir late summer and offer 1 day of remote work and onsite support 4 days per week in Fort Belvoir

Requirements

• TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility required
• Fluency in Mandarin (Farsi is desired)
• Read and write Mandarin at a high level and need to be able to translate from Mandarin to English (Mandarin is the priority, Farsi fluency is a plus!)
• Experience supporting cyber activities Targeting Experience Ability to utilize an array of targeting tools
• Experience assimilating and evaluating large amount of data Strong analytic writing and briefings skills

Responsibilities

• Fluency in Mandarin (Farsi is desired)
• Provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback and analysis to the sponsor and be prepared to present data and findings on as needed basis
• Collect data from the public internet; and present that data to the government
• Draft and coordinate data and findings which require minimal editing in sponsor system
• Assist in the preparation of responses to senior level tasking/requirements
• Read and write Mandarin at a high level and need to be able to translate from Mandarin to English (Mandarin is the priority, Farsi fluency is a plus!)
• Experience supporting cyber activities Targeting Experience Ability to utilize an array of targeting tools
• Experience assimilating and evaluating large amount of data Strong analytic writing and briefings skills
