St. Peter's Nursing & Rehab Center - Per Diem - Evening Shift We are seeking an individual to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What you will do: Performs linen handling functions including cart preparation, distribution of clean linen to user departments, pack making and soiled linen pick-up.
Requirements
- Must be able to respond appropriately to written and verbal instructions.
- Computer knowledge desired
Responsibilities
- Fill linen carts
- Deliver linen carts to various floors or locations
- Pick up soiled linen from the various floors
- Fill and load machines in various locations
- Unloading the linen carts from Linen company
- Use Handhelds to do linen cart counts
- Cleaning and sweeping the floor in the department
- Cleaning linen carts
- Changing linen cart wheels
- Use of computers – to run linen reports
- Other duties as assigned
