About The Position
Laundry Associate (a.k.a. The Hero Behind the Fresh Towels) Let’s be honest—clean laundry is a big deal. Our residents notice it, our team appreciates it, and life just runs smoother when everything smells fresh and looks great. That’s where you come in. The Laundry Associate plays an important role in keeping our community clean, comfortable, and running like a well-oiled (and nicely folded) machine. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and don’t mind being the reason everyone has cozy blankets and clean clothes—you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing Following the established cleaning and laundry schedule (yes, there is a method to the madness). Helping maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our residents and team. Supporting high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility—because details matter. Jumping in with daily housekeeping and laundry duties as needed. Working behind the scenes to make sure our residents feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. At least one (1) year of experience in housekeeping, laundry, healthcare, hospitality, or a similar role. A commitment to great customer service. Someone who is friendly, dependable, responsible, and enjoys being part of a team. Requirements
