Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and operations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Reliable and responsible work ethic

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and inspect incoming linens for quality control
Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens
Maintain inventory of linens and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
Deliver clean linens to guest rooms and public areas in a timely manner
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet linen requirements
Handle guest requests and inquiries related to linens
Monitor and report any linen damages or shortages
Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
Contribute to the exceptional guest experience at our property
