Linen Assistant - 80 hours biweekly (75317)
About The Position
The purpose of this position is to provide an adequate supply of clean linen to all departments and to remove soiled linen in a timely manner from all departments. Linen Assistants have contact with other hospital staff members, visitors, and patients, and must be able to communicate effectively. They must follow Safety Policies and Procedures at all times. They must attend work regularly without being tardy. They must follow all Infection Control Policies and Procedures. They must practice confidentiality concerning patients, staff, and the public at all times. Department Description Come and join our Environmental Services department where we keep our facilities looking great and our linens clean! We offer flexible scheduling and a great team environment!
Requirements
- Be able to read and write and follow written and oral directions
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required
- Must be able to attend the work site per schedule
