About The Position

We are seeking a Lineman to join our team. This role will be responsible for the performing all types of work involved with the installation, rearrangement, maintenance, operation, removal and inspection of electrical transmission and distribution facilities. All job duties apply to overhead and underground equipment and facilities. Successful Candidate will reside within 25 mile radius of the Rogers Service Center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Lineman C or equivalent experience.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must have performed the duties of and have all the qualifications of Lineman C or equivalent.
• Ability and desire to acquire necessary knowledge and skills to perform duties of Lineman A.
• Successful completion of apprentice lineman training, including B-200 certification with a score of 80% or higher.
• Minimum of 4 years line work experience for external candidates.

• Experience with physical abilities assessment.
• Demonstrated qualifications through examination and/or performance appraisal.

Responsibilities

Benefits

• Compensation for Lineman B: $38.37/hr.
• Compensation for Lineman A: $55.06/hr.
• Compensation Range: $38.37-39.11 USD.
