• Skillfully tray and serve hot and cold side dishes, ensuring that each serving is presented neatly and in accordance with established presentation standards, maintaining a consistent and appealing appearance. • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's menu offerings, including BBQ meats, sides, and sauces, and provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers by describing menu items, answering questions, and offering recommendations. • Work efficiently and swiftly to serve customers in a timely manner during peak periods, managing the flow of guests and coordinating with other team members to ensure a smooth and expedited service experience for guests. • Accurately fulfill customer orders by carefully listening to preferences, accurately assembling trays, and double-checking orders before serving to guarantee precision and meet customer expectations. • Ensure a clean and organized service area by promptly clearing used dishes, utensils, and trays, and regularly sanitizing surfaces to maintain a hygienic and appealing environment for customers. • Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
