About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time LINE SERVER position at Bentley School located at 1000 Upper Happy Valley Road, Lafayette, CA 94549. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details will be provided upon interview. The position requires previous customer service and catering experience, which is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service are available at select locations.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and catering experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served in the food-service area in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Provides quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail.
• Participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Delivers food items to and from the main kitchen.
• Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self, and staff.
• Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
