About The Position

This role puts you at the center of airport operations, supporting aircraft, crews, and passengers with safety, precision, and exceptional service. Each shift, you'll work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability, teamwork, and customer focus are key. Your work is supported by both a safety & training network and a robust operations & management framework, allowing you to tap into expertise across functions to guide your efforts. With these interconnected support systems, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering top-notch service and meeting the intricate demands of luxury flight. This role is on-site, working from our concierge style Fixed Based Operator (FBO) location in West Palm Beach, FL where you will be right at the heart of the action. As a key member of the FBO team, you will work closely with clients, passengers, crew, and fellow team members, providing an exceptional experience and ensuring smooth operations for each flight.

Requirements

A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
A valid driver's license and a strong sense of responsibility
Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
A courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
Willingness to work flexible hours - rain or shine
Must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
A strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
Someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working outdoors

Nice To Haves

Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
Direct line and ramp experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Responsible for refueling and defueling all types of aircrafts on a daily basis, demonstrating knowledge of specific fueling requirements
Provides towing and disconnecting services for all types of aircraft
Executes hand signals in order to guide aircrafts during arrivals and departures
Provides service to aircrafts using ground support equipment, e.g. use of GPU for aircraft engine starts and ground power, use of lavatory cart and emptying procedures, etc.
Communicates with employees and/or crew using radios in order to provide excellent customer service
Assists in providing aircraft with ice, coffee, catering and other necessary services
Provides transportation for customers and pilots to and from aircraft, hotels, restaurants and other parts of the airport with courtesy van or bus
Assists with aircraft and hangar cleaning, as needed
Assists with general grounds keeping (grass cutting, weeding, picking up paper and trash, general housekeeping, etc.)
Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
Provide porter services - delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision
Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs
Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
Other duties may be assigned, as needed
