About The Position

As a member of our kitchen team, it is the line cook's primary responsibility to prepare the highest quality food, consistently and effectively. As Line Cook, you will: Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food items Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items Demonstrate a true desire to satisfy the needs of others Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

1-2+ years' experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen is REQUIRED
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
An impressive work-ethic
Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
Must be able to multi-task
Up-beat and engaging
Neat, clean, and professional appearance

Responsibilities
