About The Position

The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc. This position is responsible for undertaking cooking duties such as baking desserts, making soups, making sauces and dressings, etc. The Prep cook prepares dishes such as salads, entrees etc. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash. The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef’s specifications. The Line Cook assists with menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Requirements

  • Experience working as a prep cook or in a similar capacity
  • Great communication skills
  • Good at working under pressure
  • Good team attitude
  • Ability to read and follow prep list
  • Proficient knife-handling skills
  • Available to work flexible shifts
