About The Position

The line/ prep cook will be responsible for taking orders and following recipes. This position will be working a line as well as prepping. Primarily in the evening. Weekends are required.

Requirements

• Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs
• Possession of reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts, reflecting commitment and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to work in a timely manner and be ready for the shift on time
• Efficiently follow provided recipes to the specifications of the manager
• Read incoming tickets during service and fulfill the orders in a timely manner
• Professionally communicate with customers during service and fulfill the orders in a timely manner
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the Manager to ensure timely restocking
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen
• Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
