About The Position

The line operator is responsible for working on production of goods and providing manufacturing support for finished goods. This is a production-oriented position and requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, frequently repeated motions, and lifting. Requirements

  • Previous experience helpful
  • HS Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time
  • Must be able to work in different positions for a long period of time – stand, sit, bend, and kneel
  • Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment – pallet jack, stretch wrapper
  • Comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

  • Lift, load/unload, stack, check, label goods in production line
  • Efficiently operating all equipment on the line
  • Troubleshooting assigned equipment as necessary
  • Assisting team members on the line
  • Coordinating usage of materials, packaging, etc.
  • Performance detailed manual cycle counts; maintain
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and practices
  • Regularly maintaining and cleaning equipment
  • Completing necessary paperwork
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Regular and punctual attendance
