Our Bakery schedule is expanding, and we are hiring Line Operators at Nestlé’s Medford manufacturing facility who will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families. Schedule: 12‑Hour Rotational | 2‑2‑3 Pattern Shifts: AM: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PM: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+$3/hr shift differential)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations (wet, dry, warm, cool)
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and reading skills
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience preferred — especially in food or beverage
- Familiarity with GMPs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate across multiple stations on Assembly Line 3
- Inspect, weigh, and monitor ingredients and product for accuracy
- Maintain production pace and prevent line interruptions
- Identify quality versus non‑conforming product
- Perform backup duties as assigned
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
