Requirements

• Significant experience in power distribution.
• Solid understanding of line maintenance and construction.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and work instructions.
• Understanding of industry safety regulations and best practices.
• Current EWRB registration and a practising licence.
• Experience working on LV, 11, 22, 33, and 66kV systems.
• Full New Zealand Class 1 Drivers Licence, with Class 2 and 4 or the desire to obtain them.
• Willingness to live or relocate to the Ashburton District.

Responsibilities

• Provide line maintenance services for the community.
• Perform line construction tasks as required.
• Conduct line fault repair services.
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
