Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your multifaceted industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and drive the manufacturing activities for project(s) within the Line/Workshop, making a tangible impact on our operational efficiency and success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Finance, Sourcing, Quality), oversee Greenfield and Brownfield developments, and much more.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations/industrial environment
  • Experience in middle managerial roles within an industrial setting
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes and Technologies
  • Competence in Site Facilities & Maintenance management
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and leadership experience including White and Blue Collar workforce
  • Understanding of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Higher Technical/General studies (preffered)

Responsibilities

  • Leading and overseeing the entire manufacturing process from Engineering to Delivery
  • Directing team management, including the coordination of cross-functional teams
  • Managing and maintaining site facilities and equipment
  • Managing a diverse workforce, including both White and Blue Collar employees
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, Sourcing, and Quality departments to optimize manufacturing impact
  • Ensuring adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and regulations
  • Developing and implementing strategies for Greenfield/Brownfield projects
  • Driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and technologies.
