We are seeking motivated and hands-on Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineers to join our glass production team as Line Leaders. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, industrial environment and prefer being on the production floor rather than behind a desk. You will work directly with equipment, processes, and operators to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput in real time. Requirements

  • Strong interest in working in a hands-on, factory environment
  • High level of visualization and spatial reasoning skills (Spatial reasoning skills test required as part of the application process)
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment and processes
  • Willingness to get hands-on, and be physically engaged throughout the day
  • Positive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt and respond to immediate feedback from process changes
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related field) preferred
  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — no prior experience necessary
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing principles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support daily manufacturing operations by working directly on the production floor
  • Analyze and improve glass production processes for efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in real time
  • Collaborate with operators, maintenance teams, and supervisors to implement improvements
  • Monitor process performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts
  • Assist with equipment setup, testing, and optimization
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
