About The Position

The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production line operations and supporting team members to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role coordinates line setup, monitors workflow, tracks production performance, and communicates any issues or delays to supervisors. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, lifting, and reaching

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production line associates during daily operations
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Communicate shortages, delays, and production issues to the Supervisor
• Set up the production line prior to shift start and verify correct materials
• Monitor assembly processes to ensure accuracy and defect-free output
• Complete hourly production tracking and Daily Assembly Reports
• Verify labeling, batch codes, and finished goods documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with productivity monitoring and continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in 8D report preparation, when required.
