About The Position

As a core member of our transportation team, you will be expected to work independently to line haul products primarily to Erie, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Syracuse, NY; Elmira, NY; Toledo, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; or Cleveland, OH. You will work with dynamic teams, including delivery drivers, line haul assistants, and warehouse teams. Typically, you will work Sunday through Thursday evenings, leaving approximately between 4pm & 8pm. This may include working on the evening of some holidays, and some locations may require leaving earlier in the day. Flexibility to travel overnight for some locations is required. A line haul assistant may be available to help transfer product to the distribution truck. Requirements

• Valid Class A License with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift & carry up to 75 lbs, bend, twist, climb, push & pull a store dolly with up to 500 lbs of product.
• Ability to work in a cold environment of -10º to -20ºF.
• Flexibility to work irregular schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Good written, verbal, communication, and map reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Line haul products to various locations including Erie, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Syracuse, NY; Elmira, NY; Toledo, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; or Cleveland, OH.
• Work with delivery drivers, line haul assistants, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain cleanliness of truck and truck cab.
• Exercise safe behavior while driving.
• Stay overnight in a sleeper cab when required.
