About The Position

The Inn at SentryWorld is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-time Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our Café and room service guests, maintaining cleanliness in assigned kitchen space and partnering with other team members to deliver exceptional service. Our culinary team strives to combine modern techniques with local and seasonal products. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of related previous cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to obtain the State Food Handlers Certification.
• Strong sense of customer service and safety awareness.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes and assist with baking pastry items as needed.
• Set up assigned stations and gather necessary supplies/ingredients to prepare menu items for a successful service.
• Serve menu items following established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and accident free work environment.
• Prepare and package items for Grab and Go station.
