The Customer Service Representative (Contingent) position involves assisting with the proper tagging and storage of baggage and cargo within the baggage holding area. The role requires close collaboration with other Customer Service Representatives to ensure that the correct baggage and cargo are loaded onto the appropriate aircraft as per the customer and CSR's instructions. Responsibilities include escorting passengers to and from aircraft, operating ground support equipment safely, assisting with aircraft towing, and performing flight following duties such as answering phones and assisting with radio calls. General housekeeping duties of the Operations buildings and parking lots, as well as maintaining company vehicles and equipment, are also part of the job. Daily tasks include setting up the Operations building in the morning, ensuring cleanliness, and managing trash disposal. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
