Requirements

• Experience in back of house cooking, chef, saute cook or grill cook roles.
• Ability to work in a high volume restaurant environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to O'Charley's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
