We are looking for Line Cooks to join our team at SSP America. Our Line Cooks are experts at following recipes, practicing portion control, and preparing, garnishing, and presenting ordered items. They maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station daily, requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments, and handle, store, and rotate all products properly. Additionally, they are responsible for the set-up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of any machinery and equipment, as well as maintaining stock, cutting, and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality.
