About The Position

WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You'll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

Requirements

6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
Passion for great food and quality presentation
Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure

Responsibilities

Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
