About The Position
Award-winning Hello Pizza is looking for an experienced line cook to work full-time! Hello Pizza, one of Minneapolis and Edina's favorite neighborhood pizzerias, is looking for a full-time Line Cook to work evenings. We serve expertly crafted, artisan whole pies and salads to a fun takeout crowd; we also offer delivery to the surrounding area. Our streamlined style is built on inspired hospitality, and we go to great lengths to create an environment of respect and support for all of our team members. Requirements
- 1 year of line cook experience a plus and not necessary - we're great at training if you're willing to learn!
- Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a high volume environment
- Night and weekend availability; our shifts are Wednesday through Sunday from approximately 1pm to 8 or 8:30 pm
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- prepping ingredients as needed
- topping pizzas
- learning new stations like dough pushing, ovens, and expo as you progress
- maintaining cleanliness of your station from set up through service to breakdown
