About The Position

Seasonal Line Cook Positions are available at CDA National! CDA National is an upscale private club and world-class golf course located along the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Join our team and gain experience while working in a state-of-the-art kitchen alongside our knowledgeable chefs. We would love to have you be part of this new adventure!

Requirements

  • Prior Line Cook experience preferred
  • Able to safely operate commercial kitchen machinery
  • Able to stand for 8- hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
  • Availability to work shifts during weekends, weekdays and evenings

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Must be able to learn and adhere to recipes
  • General Cooking knowledge
  • Label and properly store food items
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Clean and sanitize line cook workspace and other kitchen areas as assigned
  • Assist with dishwashing duties as needed
  • Assist with putting away deliveries as needed
