Line Cook at Holeman and Finch We are looking for a full-time line cook (30+ hours/week) to join our team of hospitality professionals. Our line cooks start with $18-20/hour based on experience. Holeman and Finch is a classic gastropub, presenting artisanal twists on classic dishes with a whole animal, whole vegetable philosophy. With a robust wine list and original, inspired cocktails, there's something for everybody at every time of day. The charming space is filled with cozy booths and over 150 pieces of thoughtfully curated art. In every corner, the restaurant nods to the vibrant arts scene found in Midtown. Must have open availability. What is the Job? As a line cook, you will work closely with the back of house team to ensure the consistency and deliciousness of all menu items, following our carefully tailored recipes each and every time. You will assist in setting up and maintaining stations, preparing food, and working in tandem with the rest of the culinary team. You will be responsible for ensuring food quality and timeliness, constantly communicating ticket times and inventory with your Chefs.
