Position Summary:
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in supporting kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food to our guests. These positions are seasonal and offer an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at two of our vibrant dining locations: the Main Clubhouse and Sports Center.

Reports to: Executive Chef or Sports Center Kitchen Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus, though we are willing to train.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Comfortable working in a hot and noisy kitchen environment.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and measuring ingredients.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent food quality.
• Prepare and assemble dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the efficient and timely preparation of meals.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
