What You'll Do As a Line Cook , you'll help prepare meals that are nutritious, appealing, and comforting while supporting a positive kitchen culture.
Requirements
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- A heart for service and hospitality
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to menus and recipes
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support clean, organized workstations and kitchen flow
- Work collaboratively with servers and culinary team members
- Help create a dining experience that residents look forward to every day
