About The Position

Peacemaker Lobster & Crab brings coastal-inspired dining to Kirkwood with fresh lobster, crab, oysters, po’boys, and seafood boils. In partnership with 4 Hands Brewing Co., we’re known for combining scratch-made seafood with craft beer and cocktails in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Our kitchen team is at the heart of it all, and we’re looking for skilled, reliable Line Cooks to help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes as we expand into a full-service restaurant this fall . What You’ll Do As a Line Cook , you’ll play a key role in preparing our signature dishes and ensuring each plate meets Peacemaker’s quality standards.

Requirements

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred (but we’ll train motivated candidates)
• Passionate about food quality and consistency
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications
• Operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Following portion control, presentation, and food safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout service
• Assisting with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed
• Communicating clearly with the expo and FOH staff to ensure accurate, timely orders
• Supporting the kitchen team during high-volume shifts, especially nights and weekends
