About The Position

Requirements

• Line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work late nights and overnight shifts
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock your station
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized during and after your shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation rules
• Work efficiently during high-volume late-night service
• Assist with closing and cleaning duties
