About The Position
Brookside Country Club in Macungie, Pennsylvania, is currently seeking candidates to join our culinary team. Part-time and full-time positions available. We are looking for motivated, dependable candidates, with solid, fundamental cooking skills who have a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods
- Must have a MINIMUM of 1 year of previous cooking experience
- Some weekends and holidays are required
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment properly
- Breakdown and clean station daily
- Proper rotation of products and stock
- Complete prep work as assigned
- Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen staff, and managers
- Follow and prepare recipes as required
- Adhere to all kitchen and ServSafe policies for food handling
