About The Position
Line Cook Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team and maintain top food quality standards. Responsibilities
- Executing a variety of cooking tasks accurately
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized service line
- Following production lists
- Keeping detailed records of production usage and leftovers
- Upholding our standards of quality and consistency
