About The Position

Chef Tim Love is seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary teams at our restaurants. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of high-volume cooking experience.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, baking).
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.

Nice To Haves

• Fine dining experience preferred, with an understanding of upscale service expectations is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to the Executive Chef.
• Participate in banquet events as needed, providing high-quality service to guests.
• Uphold fine dining standards in presentation and flavor of all dishes served.
