Requirements

Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with Highball's quality and service standards.
• Ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients and dishes.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Assisting other cooks during the food assembly process.
• Managing and organizing the kitchen and inventory.
