Sueno, Tender Mercy and Three Birds are all unique hospitality concepts owned and operated by The Idea Collective in Dayton, OH. You must be precise, careful, and detail oriented. You work with fire and sharp objects. You are essentially the Indiana Jones of the kitchen.
