Pay: $19.00 an hour Shifts Available: 12:30PM - 9:00PM 2:00PM - 10:30 PM Full Time, 12 months out of the year Work directly for the university, not a food service company This position works a flexible schedule based on business needs and could include nights and weekends. Provide assistance in the food preparation of meals in back-of-house or front-of-house operations Interact with customers and prepare customized, made-to-order menu items in a high-volume environment Prep food throughout shift and assist all culinary staff in completing prep sheet Set up/close down open line workstation for service Follow ServSafe food handling guidelines and maintain a clean work station
