Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent (required)
Active ServeSafe/Food Safety Manager Certification (required)
Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required)
2 years cooking experience in restaurants, fine dining, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare (required)
