About The Position

We’re hiring a Part-Time Line Cook who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in! Whether you’re a high school or college student, exploring culinary school, or simply eager to learn something new — this could be the perfect fit. No experience? No problem. We love training motivated individuals who are excited to learn the right way to prep, cook, and operate in a professional kitchen. Culinary interns are welcome!

Requirements

  • Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) safe food handling practices
  • Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 50+ lbs
  • Availability to work flexible hours Sunday–Saturday (Saturdays are required most weeks; occasional evenings may be needed)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and stocks according to daily prep lists
  • Follow recipes carefully — measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients accurately
  • Bake, steam, and cook a variety of foods
  • Receive and check deliveries to ensure freshness and quality
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
