We are seeking a seasoned, professional line cook who is eager to grow with our team at Ron Jaworski's Back Creek Golf Club. You must be able to maintain a positive work atmosphere and thrive in high-pressure situations. As a line cook, you will be responsible for: Utilizing your culinary talents to prepare and cook great tasting menu items according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. What you Have… Proven experience in the food industry Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
