About The Position

Ten Five Hospitality is launching a new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown, seeking experienced professionals to join their team in creating an elevated dining experience. The Line Cook is responsible for consistently delivering the highest quality food and service, playing a crucial role in the kitchen team and overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete tasks assigned in a timely efficient manner.
  • Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager.
  • Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
  • Restock station when necessary.
  • Assist at another station when necessary.
  • Manage the quality of food items and stores food products correctly (FIFO).
  • Must be able to assist with cleaning projects.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
  • Assist in control of inventory and supplies.
  • All other duties assigned.
