As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality food preparation, precise execution, and teamwork in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by executing dishes with precision, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and supporting both kitchen and dish room operations as needed. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, efficient ticket times, and consistent presentation—while adapting to the dynamic demands of a seasonal resort environment. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional during peak service periods.
