About The Position
Calling all Pizza Makers! UNO Pizzeria & Grill is now hiring Line Cooks. Immediate part-time and full-time openings available — flexible availability preferred! At UNO, we invented the deep dish pizza — you’re welcome. 😉 Our team believes in our brand and in the success of one another. We have amazing food, craft beer and cocktails, and a loyal guest following that’s growing rapidly. Requirements
- 3+ years of line cook experience (required)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- A passion for great food and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep, breakdown, and cleaning of equipment
- Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
